Plaza Restoration

Penmat provided general contracting services for the complete repair and restoration of a large outdoor plaza, shared by two high rise buildings. Included the removal of existing tall timbers overgrown on top of suspended slab, structural repairs, waterproofing of the slabs, and installation of irrigation, lighting, sports court, barbecue station construction and repair of the outdoor pool.
